still no oil in Gulf Shores Area

Gulf Shores, Al - We are charter fishing a good bit right now along the Alabama Gulf Coast and we fishing is great!  The weather has been absolutely slick calm and on the offshore deep sea charters we have been catching some pretty good wahoo. Everyone is getting all jazzed up over snapper season and we are looking forward to it as well. Red Snapper opens on June 1 and it is going to be a really exciting season

We have a new oil spill policy for you to review on out new website at www.gulfshoresdeepseafishing.com please bookmark it for more up to date information.

The work offshore with the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico is moving on pretty good.    Below is an image showing some of the work being done

GULF OF MEXICO - Gas from the damaged Deepwater Horizon wellhead is burned by the drillship Discoverer Enterprise May 16, 2010 in a process known as flaring. Gas and oil from the wellhead are being brought to the surface through a riser insertion tube that was placed inside the damaged pipe.
